Evan Turns 3

On Saturday night we had a family party. Here is Evan modeling his new baseball outfit from Aunt Net,cowboy hat from Grandma & Grandpa, and scooter from Bubbie and Zayde.

The best part of the weekend was that Evan got to hang out with his favorite cousins Brennan and Jerran.

On Sunday night we had the neighborhood kids over for a pizza party.

I was worried about decorating cookies with 7 kids under 4, but it was a hit!

It has been an amazing 3 years!

More Ice Skating

All of Tommy's family came in this weekend to help us celebrate Evan's 3rd Birthday. Saturday the boys went ice skating. Evan had fun, but he really loved watching the kids play roller hockey in the rink next door.

ICE SKATING

Evan went ice skating w/ his buddies. We had such a great time. The first trip around the rink I practically carried him, but by the end he was so close to taking off on his own. Maybe the coolest part was meeting a real hockey player, and he got to touch a puck. We hope to go again this weekend.

Thanksgiving Week

We are so happy to have Tommy home from his work trip to Germany. He brought back this Munich soccer uniform for Evan. Evan LOVES it. He asks to put it on as soon as he wakes up!

Update

Here are some recent pics. Gabe is now crawling and Evan is making big progress on potty training. We just got back last night from a very relaxing weekend in Odessa. Unfortunately, I did not get out my camera all weekend. I think I missed a lot of good photo opportunities, like Evan swimming, fishing, picking hickory nuts, taking a tractor ride, jumping on a trampoline and playing football with his cousins. Today my mom and I took the boys to the zoo. We had a wonderful time, but again no photos. Hopefully, this week I will get a video of Gabe on the move and Evan telling a great story.
