A day trip to Grafton, IL

Saturday we took a ferry boat over the Mississippi River to Grafton, IL.  We hiked up to a bluff overlooking the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers.   The boys were great hikers!

This last picture is at the Lewis and Clark Confluence Tower in Hartford, IL.  The tower gives a view of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers.

Kindergarten!

Last week we went to Kindergarten to drop off school supplies and check out the school.  Evan is in the same class as one of our neighbors.

 Yesterday was the first day of school.  Evan said he had a great day!  His favorite part of the day was gym class.
